                                                                       CONDITIONS OF SALE

           Booking  

  Every booking request must be confirmed in writing . 

  On receipt of a booking request, we will send you the registration documents and we will require a deposit, which   represents 30 % of the total sum due, within a stated time frame.  
   Your holiday booking, meeting room or any other service requested will be fully confirmed only when we have received both the registration documents and the deposit payment required.  
   Any alteration to numbers  and services agreed has to be communicated in writing and approved by the Centre YMCA before they are considered definite.

           Settlement

    The outstanding balance for the stay must be settled on the day of departure of the group at the latest.

            Cancellation of services

    The prepayment will not be refunded if a cancellation is effected more than 30 days before the date of arrival.
  50 % of the booked services have to be paid if a cancellation is effected within 30 and 15 days before the date of arrival.  
   80 % of the booked services have to be paid if a cancellation is effected within less than 15 days before the date of arrival.  
    The total sum is due if a cancellation is effected within 8 days before the date of arrival.

            Insurance     

   The Centre YMCA is registered with the insurance company MAIF (n° 296 95 10 J) under a contract which covers civil liability for activities run on its premises. However in no case can the Centre YMCA be held responsible for any theft, damage to luggage or caused to any of its’clients belongings or damage caused by clients. 

   Residents are therefore advised to make private arrrangements for insurance to cover  various specific risks.
