Arrival and
departure :
Arrivals
must be after 3 p.m. and Departures
by 9:30 a.m.
Group
leaders are asked to clarify all administrative issues with our reception staff
as soon as they arrive on our premises, it is to confirm the number of
participants as well as their meals, those taken in our Centre and the packed
lunches, that are to be provided (sheet „Planning for meals”).
Café :
Our
café is open daily from 6 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. However, we are willing to open
the café beyond these
opening hours on request, for groups only.
Internet :
The
Internet access is based on the opening hours of our café.
Laundry :
You
can use a washing machine, washing powder and a dryer . Further information can
be obtained from the office.
Luggage
:
You
can leave your luggage in one of our halls until your departure.
Pets :
For
reasons of hygiene and security, pets are not allowed on our premises.
Reception :
Our
office is open Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m to 6 p.m. You will find brochures
about regional sites, postcards and you will get advice concerning your trips.
Outside of office hours we will welcome you in our café.
Restaurant :
The
restaurant is open for breakfast from 7.30 to 9.30 a.m., for lunch from 12 to
2p.m. and for dinner from 7 to 8 p.m. Our chefs will
prepare regional specialities and festive meals to suit your taste on
request (rates to be discussed).
Safe :
It
is possible to store your valuables in our safe. Please contact our reception
staff in this case.
Swimming
Pool :
You
can use our pool from 7.30 to 9 a.m. and from 11 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.Please
contact our reception staff if you wish to call a pool attendant.

our cafe). Phone cards are available in our office or in the café.
